Terms & Conditions for 950k — Your Rights and Obligations

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and 950k ("950k", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the 950k website located at https://950k.io and all associated services, including but not limited to sports betting, live casino, slots, and account management features (collectively, the "Platform").

By registering an account, accessing the Platform, or placing any bet or wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and close your account. Continued use of the Platform following any update to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

To register an account and use the 950k Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the Platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. Access is strictly prohibited to persons under the age of 21.
• You must be a natural person acting in your own name and on your own behalf. Corporate, trust, and third-party registrations are not permitted.
• You must not be a resident of, or accessing the Platform from, any jurisdiction in which online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be a current or former employee, contractor, agent, or affiliate of 950k, nor an immediate family member of such a person.
• You must not already hold an active or previously suspended 950k account.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You must not use a false name, a pseudonym, or another person's identity. 950k reserves the right to reject any registration at its sole discretion, without providing a reason.

Each individual may maintain only one registered account on the Platform. If 950k discovers that you hold or have held more than one account, all duplicate accounts will be closed immediately, and any bonuses or winnings accumulated across those accounts may be voided at 950k's discretion.

As part of our commitment to safe and responsible gaming, and in compliance with internationally recognised anti-money laundering (AML) and Know Your Customer (KYC) standards, 950k may require you to verify your identity before processing any withdrawal or at any other time at our discretion.

Verification may require you to submit one or more of the following documents:

• A government-issued photo identification document (National ID card, passport, or driving licence).
• Proof of residential address (utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence dated within the last three months).
• Proof of ownership of the payment method used for deposits (e.g., a screenshot of your bKash or Nagad account showing your registered mobile number).
• A selfie or video confirmation as requested by our compliance team.

Withdrawal requests will not be processed until all required verification documents have been submitted and approved. 950k reserves the right to place a temporary hold on your account while verification is pending. If verification cannot be completed to our satisfaction, 950k may close the account and return the deposited funds (net of any bonuses claimed) via the original payment method.

950k accepts deposits exclusively via the following approved payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank mobile banking, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). 950k does not accept deposits via cryptocurrency, third-party payment processors not listed above, or cash transfers.

The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. Maximum single deposit limits vary by payment method and account tier and are displayed at the time of deposit. Deposits are credited to your account balance in real time or within a maximum of fifteen (15) minutes, subject to payment provider processing times.

• Deposits must be made from a payment account that is registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
• 950k does not charge fees on standard deposits. However, your payment provider may apply its own transaction fees, for which 950k is not responsible.
• Deposits made via credit facilities (credit cards, buy-now-pay-later services) are the sole responsibility of the Player. 950k strongly discourages the use of borrowed funds for gambling.
• 950k reserves the right to refuse a deposit or reverse it if we have reason to believe it is connected with fraudulent activity, money laundering, or a violation of these Terms.

You may request a withdrawal of funds from your 950k account at any time, subject to the conditions set out in this section. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent qualifying deposit, except in circumstances approved by our payments team.

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Maximum withdrawal limits per transaction and per day are displayed within your account dashboard and may vary by account verification tier. Standard withdrawal processing times are as follows:

• bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay: processed within 2 hours of approval, subject to KYC status.
• Bank transfer (Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank): 1–3 business days.

Withdrawal requests are subject to account verification (KYC) as described in Section 3. If your account has not completed full KYC, your withdrawal will be held pending completion of the verification process. 950k will not be liable for delays caused by incomplete verification.

If a withdrawal is requested from an account that holds an active bonus balance, the withdrawal will only be processed after all applicable wagering requirements have been met, unless the Player explicitly forfeits the bonus balance. Forfeiting a bonus balance before wagering requirements are complete will result in the bonus funds and any winnings attributed to those bonus funds being removed from the account prior to processing the withdrawal.

950k offers a welcome bonus and a range of ongoing promotions to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published on the relevant promotion page at the time the bonus is claimed. In the event of any conflict between a promotion-specific term and these general Terms, the promotion-specific term shall prevail for that promotion only.

The following general conditions apply to all bonuses offered by 950k unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms:

• Bonuses are credited to a separate bonus wallet. Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly; only winnings that remain after completing the applicable wagering requirement may be withdrawn.
• The standard wagering requirement for deposit match bonuses is 20x the combined value of the deposit and bonus amount, unless stated otherwise on the promotion page.
• Wagering must be completed within the validity period stated for each bonus. Expired bonus funds and associated winnings are automatically removed from the account.
• Bonus offers are available to one account per household, per device, and per IP address. Attempts to claim the same bonus from multiple accounts will be treated as a violation of these Terms.
• 950k reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time. Where a bonus has already been claimed and wagering is in progress, the terms current at the time of claiming will apply.
• Placing bets on both outcomes of the same event (arbitrage betting) with bonus funds is prohibited and will result in the voiding of the bonus and any derived winnings.

All bets placed on the 950k sportsbook are subject to the following rules. By placing a bet, you confirm that you have read and accept these rules in full.

• Bets are accepted only when an event and market are officially open. Once a bet is confirmed and a bet reference number is issued, the bet cannot be cancelled or amended by the Player.
• 950k reserves the right to restrict maximum stake amounts on specific markets, events, or for individual accounts, at its discretion.
• In the event of an obvious error in the displayed odds (palpable error), 950k reserves the right to void the affected bet and return the stake, or to correct the odds to the accurate value and settle accordingly.
• If an event is postponed, suspended, or abandoned before the relevant market is settled, bets will be voided and stakes returned, unless the event is resumed and completed within 48 hours of the original scheduled start time.
• Live (in-play) bets are accepted subject to a brief delay to prevent misuse of data latency advantages. 950k cannot be held responsible for bets accepted during periods of connectivity interruption on the Player's side.
• Settling of bets will be based on the official result as declared by the relevant governing body (e.g., ICC for international cricket, BCB for BPL fixtures). In cases of dispute, the official governing body's decision is final.
• Any bet placed using an automated system, script, or software bot is void. 950k uses monitoring tools to detect automated betting and will suspend accounts found to be using such systems.

All casino games, live dealer tables, and slot titles available on the 950k Platform are operated by licensed third-party game studios including but not limited to Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, Pragmatic Play, Pragmatic Play Live, NetEnt, Microgaming, and Spribe. Each game is governed by its own specific rules, return-to-player (RTP) percentages, and paytables, which are displayed within the game interface.

The following rules apply to all casino and slots play on 950k:

• The outcome of all casino games is determined by certified random number generator (RNG) software or, in the case of live dealer games, by real physical equipment under controlled studio conditions. 950k does not manipulate game outcomes.

• Providing false or misleading registration information, including false date of birth, name, or identity documents.
• Opening multiple accounts for the purpose of claiming bonuses more than once or circumventing account restrictions.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for your personal, non-commercial gambling activity. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any content from the Platform without prior written consent from 950k.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software underlying the Platform.
• Use 950k's trademarks, logos, or brand assets in any context without express written authorisation.
• Create derivative works based on the Platform or its content.

Any unauthorised use of 950k's intellectual property may result in civil or criminal liability. 950k reserves all rights not expressly granted in these Terms.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 950k and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and technology partners shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or other indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the Platform.
• Interruptions, errors, or unavailability of the Platform due to maintenance, technical faults, third-party network failures, or events outside our reasonable control.
• Losses arising from your failure to keep your account credentials secure or from unauthorised access to your account.
• The accuracy or completeness of any information, odds, statistics, or data displayed on the Platform that is provided by third-party data feeds.
• Any loss arising from your reliance on content published on the Platform for investment, financial, or other professional purposes.

Where liability cannot be excluded by law, 950k's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising from or related to your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total net deposits made by you to your account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be lawfully excluded.

950k collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is available at /privacy-policy. By creating an account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in that policy.

Your personal data is used for the following purposes: account administration, identity verification, fraud prevention, anti-money laundering compliance, customer support, and the delivery of promotional communications where you have opted in. 950k does not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

All data transmitted between your device and the 950k Platform is protected by 256-bit SSL encryption. Passwords are stored using industry-standard hashing algorithms and are never stored in plain text.

950k reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at any time, with or without notice, if we have reasonable grounds to believe that:

• The account holder has violated any provision of these Terms.
• The account is being used for fraudulent, money laundering, or other illegal purposes.
• The account holder has provided false or misleading information during registration or verification.
• The account holder is under the age of 21.
• Continuation of the account poses a risk to the integrity of the Platform or to other players.

In the event of account closure for a violation of these Terms, 950k may withhold any balance held in the account, including deposited funds, pending investigation. If the investigation confirms a breach, 950k may permanently confiscate the balance. If no breach is confirmed, the balance (net of any void bonuses) will be returned via the original payment method.

You may close your account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon voluntary closure, any outstanding balance (net of active bonus funds) will be returned to your verified payment method within 5 business days.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with internationally recognised principles of commercial law applicable to online gaming platforms operating under international gaming regulations. 950k operates under international gaming regulations and is committed to fair play and transparent dispute resolution.

Nothing in this section prevents either party from seeking emergency injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to protect confidential information, intellectual property rights, or to prevent irreparable harm.

950k reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, we will notify registered players via email or a prominent notice on the Platform at least 7 days before the changes take effect. Non-material changes (such as corrections to typographical errors or clarifications that do not alter your rights) may take effect immediately upon publication.

The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any revision constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
